The Patrol Tactical Vest is a custom made to your soft armor and is NOT A STOCKING ITEM. This vest is built around your issued soft armor panels. Our vest has the ability to insert a 10X12 or a 8X10 SAPI style plate on the fly with our Patent Pending plate insert design (size of plate depends on your issued armor size. If we can fit a 10X12 we will, if not we will have to size for a 8X10) . The vest is made out of a combination of 1000, 500, 400 Berry Compliant solution dyed cordura nylon for strength and durability with UV protectint. This vest is designed to house your issued soft body armor and to be worn over your uniform shirt. PALS webbing covers the outside of vest on the front and back in order to attach other modular pouches and accessories.
The vest is capable of holding front and rear hard armor 10X12 or 8X10 SAPI Style plates. The plates can be rapidly inserted without taking the vest off, front and back with our patent pending design. There is a small admin pouch within each vest plate pouch, for small items like pens and interview notebooks.
The patent pending designed plate pouches open and close with a silent pull, heavy duty, # 10 zipper. The vest secures to the body with a quick release TakTic buckles. The cummerbund system allows you to adjust the size of your carrier very easy utilizing a G-hook buckle system on the rear of the vest.
Each vest is custom made to order, using your issued armor to size your vest so not every vest will look the exact same. Each vest can differ from the top right and left portions due to armor manufacture cut. There will also be space for 2 inch loop velcro / badge holder. Upon ordering your vest, we will send out a tracing kit which will include very easy instructions a sharpie pen and tracing paper. Once you have traced your issued armor, You will send the tracing to us with the included postage paid envelope included in the self trace kit. Self trace kit video example:
Lead time per vest is approx. 8-10 weeks from the time the we receives your body armor tracing back. If you prefer us to trace your order please make an appointment on the bottom of our website that works best for you and your timeline from the available times we have. Name Tapes, flags and LE Identifiers DO NOT COME WITH OUR VEST.
