I was turned on to VVHILE about a year ago by my friend Flo (Trapdoor Tourz/Cut the Chord That...Records) and this record has been in the works ever since. Originally released on Twin Toe Records out of Germany (in an extremely limited quantity and with a different design), Dirt Cult is hoping that this pressing will serve as an introduction to a bit larger audience.

Hailing from Serbia, VVHILE began as a simple punk duo, playing Wipers like riffs, but soon started gravitating towards more experimental and noisy sounds.VVHILE deserves your attention whether you're a fan of the swirling psychedelic shoegaze of My Bloody Valentine or the angular punk of Hot Snakes. At times the duo sounds like a 10-piece (and this isn't just studio trickery. The live footage I've seen sounds about the same).
